Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Salsa

1/2 c. basil leaves, packed
3 garlic cloves
6 oz. artichokes in water, drained
1 red peper, roasted
1/2 cup kalamata olives
12 super+colossal green olives
2 ounces pecorino romano
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Salsa

  1. Process basil and garlic until minced

  2. Add all up to lemon juice and pulse 2 - 3 times

  3. Add juice and zest of one lemon, pepper, salt, EVOO and stir gently
