Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Ravioli with Rustic Veggie Bolognese

525 grams Chard, Swiss
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
3 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 cup Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1.5 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 serving barilla spicy marinara
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Trader Joe's Artichoke Ravioli
0.17 cup Cheese
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Ravioli with Rustic Veggie Bolognese

  1. Sauté shallots and leeks in olive oil. After shallots and leeks become soft, add thyme, mushrooms, and veggie meat crumbles. Stir occasionally, then add rest of veggies when heated through. Allow swiss chard to reduce in volume, then add all of vegetable mix to large pot with pasta sauce. Simmer until heated through.

  2. Boil water, add ravioli. When they float to the top, strain ravioli.

  3. Serve ravioli topped with veggie sauce, garnish with cheese.
