Recipe Ingredients for artichoke pasta bake

1 box Whole Grain Rotini
20 oz Spinach
8 oz Artichoke Hearts
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 fl oz Vanilla
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for artichoke pasta bake

Defrost and drain the spinach and artichokes. Chop the spinach and artichoke, cook on the stove top until brown. Meanwhile cook the pasta per the directions on the box. Add the olive oil and milk to the pan, cook until thickened. Add pasta, stir to coat, combine all ingredients in a greased pan, bake at 325 for 30 minutes
