Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Linguine

4 tbsps butter
4 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
246 grams artichoke hearts (drained and sliced)
2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb linguine

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Linguine

  1. Melt butter with oil in med saucepan over med heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Blend in broth and stir until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and cook about 5 min, stirring constantly. Blend in artichokes and parmesan. Cover and
