This is artichoke humus w/out the tahini sauce, you can add the sauce for the extra heat, but this is light for adults and kiddos.

Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Humus

15 oz garbanzo beans
2 tbs garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 artichoke heart
2 teaspoons black pepper

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Humus

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until well incorporated and smooth. Place in fridge for a few hours, then serve with Pita Chips, Naan or your favorite veggies. Can also be used as a condiment on bread with your sandwiches or on top a Burger.
