Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Hearts

30 oz (2 cans) artichoke hearts
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Hearts

Drain artichoke hearts. Saute onions and garlic in margarine until tender. Add broth and artichoke hearts. Season with lemon juice, salt, oregano and lemon rind. Simmer 10 minutes.
