Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Hearts and Broad Beans with Almonds

15 oz lima beans
7 oz artichokes
1/2 cup almonds
1 T olive oil
1 tsp sugar
3 clove garlic
4 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl dill
1 tbl cornstarch
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Hearts and Broad Beans with Almonds

  1. Boil cornstarch, water, sugar, dill, garlic, and 1/2 lemon juice for 10 minutes stirring constantly

  2. Add artichokes, almonds, and beans

  3. Simmer 25 minutes

  4. Add remaining lemon juice

  5. Simmer 5 minutes

  6. Serve cold
