1 clove garlic
2 pieces sun dried tomatoes
1 small potato
9 g vegetable stock
1 pint water

  1. saute garlic and sundried tomatoes (chopped)

  2. add chopped potato and artichoke hearts

  3. cover with vegetable stock diluted in water

  4. cook until all ingredients are tender

  5. blend and serve with some basil roughly chopped
