Lower fat version, use pecarino romano instead of parmesan.

Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Dip

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 T light mayonnaise
6 T light sour cream
1 tsp marjoram
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 clove garlic
28 oz artichoke hearts

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Dip

Chop green onion & garlic in food processor. Add remaining ingredients & pulse until mixed & coursely chopped. Spread into oven proof casserole and bake 20-30 minutes at 375. Serve with tortillas, french bread or crackers.
