Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke dip

14 oz (1 can) artichoke hearts, extra small, drained and chopped into bite size pieces
1 c mayonnaise
1 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c white onion, chopped finely
4 cloves garlic
1/8 c dry white wine

Recipe Directions for Artichoke dip

  1. Combine the above in a 8x8 baking dish.

  2. Bake at 375 for 15 min or until top is lightly browned.

  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with assorted crackers or tortilla chip. I like club crackers.
