Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Dip

1 1/2 cups parmesan, grated
1/2 cup mayonaise, light
8 ounces cream cheese, light
3 garlic cloves
12 ounces artichokes

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. Put in microwave safe bowl. Microwave until hot and bubbly.

  4. If desired add parmesan cheese on top and broil until mellted.

  5. Enjoy!
