Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke dip

140 g Real Mayonnaise
180 grams Plain Nonfat
0.5 serving Organics Organic Ranch Dressing
3 clove Garlic
1 cup hearts Artichokes
1 cup, chopped Kale

Recipe Directions for Artichoke dip

  1. Boil kale

  2. Drain it

  3. Mix mayo, ranch, and greek yogurt

  4. Rinse and drain artichokes if from a can

  5. Otherwise, cook artichoke hearts

  6. Chop artichoke hearts, garlic and kale

  7. Mix veggies with yogurt mix

  8. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

  9. Enjoy
