Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Chicken

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 serving VIGO MARINATED ARTICHOKE
3 serving size Light Swiss Original
1 serving Sour Cream
0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Chicken

  1. Roast or pan-fry chicken breasts, seasoned with Lemon Pepper.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat.

  3. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve with rice or vegetables.
