Recipe Ingredients for Arroz a la Cubana

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup onion, minced
1 serving Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic , equals 1/2 cup
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Arroz a la Cubana

  1. Cook tomatoes, garlic, onions until soft. Stir in ground beef, pork and soy sauce. Cook until meat is brown. Add the raisins, salt and pepper and stir constantly. Add the peas and simmer for another 5 minutes.

  2. On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked rice with the meat in the center. top with the fried eggs.
