6 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Arroz con leche

  1. boil rice in water and cinnamon sticks

  2. when rice is done add milk

  3. stir constantly until milk boils

  4. turn off heat

  5. add sugar to taste
