1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 serving Goya Achiotina
1 cup Green Pigeon Peas
3 g Unique Seasoning
1 1tsp Olive Oil
12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Arroz con Gandules y Carne De Cerdo

in a rice pot put a Tbsp of olive oil, sofrito and 3 envelopes of Sazon Goya. Sautee chunks of pork loin, i can of green pigeon peas and 1 1/2 cups of brown rice. Put 3 cups of boiling water in rice pot mixture. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 mins and turn over rice. after another 15 mins turn over rice and turn heat off. Let rest for 5 mins.
