500 gram ground pork
1 cup potato, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
2 tbsp diced onions
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 eggs, fried
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for arroz ala cobana

saudte onions and garlic in oil; add meat and cook til meat color turns from pink to white; stir in soy sauce and black pepper; add carrots and potatoes and cook in low-med heat till carrots and potatoes are soft. serve with fried egg on top
