Chilli tomato sauce for pasta and prawns

Recipe Ingredients for arrabiata Sauce

1 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
400 grams canned tomatoes
5 grams Peppers
1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for arrabiata Sauce

Heat the oil, saute the garlic and chilli gentle add the tomatoes herbs and seasoning and cook and reduce sauce for 20 30 minutes on simmer. Then blend for smooth sauce or leave rustic.
