Recipe Ingredients for Arnold's Power Shake

2 egg
50 ml cream
200 ml strawberries, frozen
200 ml yoghurt (200g)
200 ml Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat (187g)
1 tsp lecithin granules
2 large banana
2 medium apple
2 tsp lemon juice
75 g whey protein (3 scoops)

Recipe Directions for Arnold's Power Shake

  1. peel & slice all ingredients into blender & mix for a minute.

  2. add whey powder last into the operating blender.

  3. Pour into container (eg empty milk packets) & refrigerate
