8 bell peppers
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup bulgur wheat
3 tablespoons garlic
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cumin
1 black pepper\
14 oz diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Armenian style stuffed peppers

Mix beef, bulgur, garlic and spices. Stuff into hollowed-out bell peppers. Pour tomatoes over the peppers and bake at 375 for about an hour until an instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees.
