Recipe Ingredients for Arlo's Home Made Garden Vegetable Soup

8 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 cup slices Carrots
1 large Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
4 stalks Celery
2 serving McCormick Beef Base
3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Arlo's Home Made Garden Vegetable Soup

Cube potatoes and boil until they can be cut with the side of a fork. Drain and set aside. Slice carrots and onion, and mince garlic. Add carrots, onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, 2-4 cups water and beef base and bring up to a boil until carrots are tender. Reduce to a simmer. Add potatoes back in, along with chopped celery, green onion, and broccoli florets. Also, add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Add 2 Tbsp of basil (or 2 tsp fresh minced basil) and 1/2 tsp fresh ground rosmary. Stir in butter, and 2 - 4 splashes of worcestershire sauce. Let cool and sit overnight. Reheat and salt to taste.
