A quick, easy lunch salad for ovo-lacto-vegetarians.

Recipe Ingredients for Ari's Mixed Spinach Salad

3 cup Spinach
5 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
1 tbsp(15 g) Olive Oil
0.5 fruit without seeds Lemons

Recipe Directions for Ari's Mixed Spinach Salad

  1. Wash all ingredients in cold water. Put the 3 cups of raw spinach in a salad bowl. Cut each cherry tomato in half and put them in the bowl and toss the salad.

  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and squeeze your lemon wedge onto the veggies. Sprinkle 1 oz of feta over the salad, pepper to taste and enjoy.

  3. *This recipe is great on it's own or with some almonds and/or walnuts mixed in.
