A flavorful sauce to serve over pasta, rice, potatoes, or whatever you please!

Recipe Ingredients for Arichoke Mushroom Sauce

3 leaf Chard, Swiss
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
0.66 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts Antipasto
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/2 tbsp all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Arichoke Mushroom Sauce

  1. Saute onions in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add .5 tsp salt, mushrooms and herbs- cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add chard (or any greens) and garlic; cook, covered, for another 5 minutes.

  3. Add 1/3 cup water and then sprinkle in flour, stirring.

  4. Add artichoke hearts, stir until heated, season with black pepper, and serve, sprinkled with parmesan if you want.
