5 serving (Trader Joe's) Organic Firm Tofu
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Arepitas Dieteticas

Prepare corn meal following instructions on the package. Mix the rest of the ingredients and knead until well blended. Separate into patties and cook on stove top on a pan - no oil needed. Refrigerate or freeze. I heat them up in a toaster. Throw a slice of low fat cheese on top. Best with queso fresco.
