This Oatmeal was a favorite of mine while growing up. Now it comes back to help with overall health and fitness. Enjoy a big bowl and feel good all morning!

Recipe Ingredients for Arcelas' Oatmeal

3 cups water
1 1/2 cups quick oats
25 g raisins
25 g chopped dates
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Truvia
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar-free syrup
50 g smucker;s natural peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Arcelas' Oatmeal

  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Add all other ingredients except syrup and peanut butter and stir well

  3. Bring back to boil

  4. Remove from heat and cover

  5. Let sit for 8-10 minutes

  6. Remove lid and add peanut butter and stir well

  7. Serve with one Tbsp of syrup
