Recipe Ingredients for Arame Stirfry

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Arame, soaked
2 cups water
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
12 oz shrimp

Recipe Directions for Arame Stirfry

  1. Soak arame in water for 5 minutes or so. Drain.

  2. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Rub with a little sesame oil and tamari.

  3. Sear shrimp, set aside.

  4. In same pan, heat sesame oil and saute garlic.

  5. Add arame, carrots, corn, and water. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

  6. Stir in soy sauce and shrimp.

  7. Serve over soba.
