A type of chili like none you've ever had. High in protein and spice. Great topped with some 2% cheese, fat free sour cream or with crackers or just by itself.

Recipe Ingredients for Aradia's Black Bean and Rice with Chicken Chili

1/4 c cooked brown rice
1/8 c cooked black beans
1 oz diced cooked chicken
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 oz Fat Free Catalina Dressing

Recipe Directions for Aradia's Black Bean and Rice with Chicken Chili

  1. Mix chilled rice, beans and chicken.

  2. Spray no-stick pan with cooking spray

  3. Throw in rice, beans and chicken, stir frying all.

  4. When it starts to sizzle sprinkle with the seasonings.

  5. Lastly, pour salad dressing over it and stir well, heating all completely.
