Arabic omelette/pancake with parsley and onion

Recipe Ingredients for Arabic omelette/pancake

10 eggs
2 cups flour
4 tbsp parsley
1/2 red onion
1 cup milk, lowfat, fluid, 1%
3 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Arabic omelette/pancake

  1. Beat eggs

  2. add milk and beat again

  3. chop parsley and onion & add to mix

  4. add 1 tsp each salt, allspice and black pepper

  5. add flour slowly until good consistency

  6. use small amount of oil in frying pan

  7. add thin quantity

  8. flip mixture once when light brown
