A great, cold smoothie for mornings or any time of day. I often have them after workouts, in which case I add protein powder (increasing the calorie count). I love that it comes out a bit textured, especially with the bits of cherries that don't get completely pulverized. I also like that the flavor stays very strong because there's no ice added.

Recipe Ingredients for April's Delicious Fruit Smoothie

2 oz. pineapple
2 oz. mango
2 oz. dark sweet cherries
2 oz. blueberries
2 oz. pomegranate juice
2 oz. nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for April's Delicious Fruit Smoothie

Place frozen fruit and liquids in blender. Blend on high speed. Choose other frozen fruits as desired. For weaker blenders, allow frozen fruit to thaw for 1 hour or microwave 30-60 seconds.
