Sweet fruit in pancake like batter, French style dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Apricot & yoghurt Clafoutis

400 grams Apricots
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 large Egg, Whole
75 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
250 grams Fat Free Plain
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Apricot & yoghurt Clafoutis

  1. Heat oven to 180 C & bake almonds until lightly toasted.

  2. Lightly spray a 6 cup ovenproof dish with oil.

  3. Place apricots cut side up in base of dish.

  4. Whisk 1 egg and flour in bowl.

  5. Add remaining eggs, sugar yoghurt, milk, and vanilla and whisk until combined.

  6. Pour yoghurt mixture over apricots in dish and sprinkle with toasted almonds.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until just set.

  8. Serve!
