Apricot pie filling for one deep dish pie

Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Pie Filling

1 1/3 cp splenda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
7 cps apricots, canned, light syrup
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp margarine, light

Recipe Directions for Apricot Pie Filling

Mix sugar, salt , and cornstarch. Add apricots, apricot juice and lemon juice. Place in pastry lined pie plate and dot top with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake in a hot oven (425) 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 F and continue baking about 25 minutes or until crust is browned. Makes one 10 inch, deepdish pie.
