Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Granola Bars (Energy Bars)

1 cup honey
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Apricot Granola Bars (Energy Bars)

Combine peanut butter and honey in sauce pan and melt until runny. Add nuts, oats, and apricots. Mix thoroughly. Spreax mixture onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let cool. Cut into 16 bars.
