Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Glazed Green Beans

1 lb fresh green beans
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Apricot Glazed Green Beans

  1. Cut green beans into 3 inch pieces. Place benas in a steamer bakset over 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 7-8 minutes until crisp-tender.

  2. In a microwave safe bowl combine preserves and butter. Heat uncovered onhigh for 30 seconds until butter is melted.

  3. Transfer beans to a serving bowl, add apricot mixture and todd to coat.
