A sticky, fruity, pulse packed flapjack.

Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Flapjacks

10 oz Heart's Content SUPERFAST OATS
4 oz Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
4 oz Demerara Sugar
6 oz Danish Butter
1/2 oz Sunflower Seeds
2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 oz Walnut Halves
4 tbsp Lyle's Golden Syrup

Recipe Directions for Apricot Flapjacks

  1. In a pan melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup

  2. Once bubbling and completely melted add the oats, chopped apricots, seeds and nuts

  3. Press down thoroughly into a lined tin

  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C
