Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Cous Cous

200 g Cous Cous dry (7.2oz)
1/2 c dried apricots
1 T curry powder
1 T cinnamon
1 t allspice
3/5 g Pam Professional (1 sec spray)

Recipe Directions for Apricot Cous Cous

  1. Dice apricots

  2. Spray frying pan

  3. Saute spices to release flavors

  4. Make sure to not burn them

  5. Add water and apricots

  6. Bring to boil

  7. Add cous cous and let stand

  8. If using whole wheat cous cous, cook cous cous according to instuctions (takes longer to cook)

  9. Spices are approximate - may be editiing them once I try this tonight. :-)
