1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Mediterranean Apricots
0.25 cup Organics Applesauce
0.5 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
0.13 cup Almonds Ground
