Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Chicken Thighs

6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
8 tablespoon Preserves
1.5 cup, halves Apricots
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Onion Powder
0.75 tsp Oregano, Ground
0.125 tsp Pepper, Black
0.125 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.125 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
4 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 fl oz Water
2 tsp Chicken Base

Recipe Directions for Apricot Chicken Thighs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix everything but the thighs together in a sauce pan, and stir over med heat until preserves dissolve and are well mixed.

  3. Place thighs in a square baking dish, and pour sauce over them. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, flip, and bake 10 - 20 minutes more.
