Recipe Ingredients for apricot and Cashew biscotti

2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for apricot and Cashew biscotti

  1. mix wet ingredients, then dry.

  2. Split dough in half and form 2 logs, bake at 350 for 20 min.

  3. let stand 15min, then cut into slices about 1/2" thick.

  4. then bake for 10min more.

  5. Enjoy
