69 Cals. Yummy Candy. I suggest leaving balls in freezer, and pulling out only 4 at a time to drop in coating so that they don't get too soft.

Recipe Ingredients for APRICOT BON BONS

1/8 c WHITE CORN SYRUP
6 oz DRIED APRICOTS
6 oz CANDY COATING

Recipe Directions for APRICOT BON BONS

  1. Chop Apricots.

  2. In microwave save bowl, heat corn syrup for 15-20 seconds. Add apricots and mix well.

  3. Place apricot mixture in fridge. Chill until firm, or over night.

  4. Scoop teaspoonfuls of apricot mixture out, and roll into ball. Place on parchment paper in on baking sheet. Place in freezer.

  5. Melt candy coating in double boiler over low heat.

  6. Once apricot mixture is firm, drop balls in candy coating, one at a time. Shake off excess, and place on parchment paper to set.
