Recipe Ingredients for Applestrudel Oatmeal

1/2 cup dry(40 g) Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
30 grams Dried Apples
1 serving IntraPro Advanced Competition Superfood
100 grams Skim Milk Fat Free
15 grams Milk Powder Skim Instant
12 grams Almonds

Recipe Directions for Applestrudel Oatmeal

Put the oats on a bowl with just enough water to cover the oats, mix it with cinnamon, then cook it on the microwave for 1.5-3min. Add the skim milk, protein powder (pref vanilla), skim milk powder and dried apples and mix. Put it back on the microwave for 30 seconds, add the almonds and eat.
