Homemade applesauce sweetened with a bit o' honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce

2 pounds apples, cooked
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Applesauce

  1. Wash apples, cut into quarters, remove core/seeds.

  2. Cook over medium heat with 1/4 cup water until apples are soft and skins separate. Put apples through food-mill to remove skin. Chill. Makes about 3 cups, or 12 servings (1/4 cup)
