Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce

1 Apple (680 g)
1 t lemon peel (2 g)
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Applesauce

  1. Put everything in a large pot. Cover and bring to boil.

  2. Lower heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat. Take out lemon peel. Mash with potato masher or blend
