1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Quaker oats
