Non-mushy, great tasting oatmeal for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce Oatmeal

6 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups splenda no calorie
3/4 cups butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Applesauce Oatmeal

  1. Combine oatmeal, splenda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Combine eggs, milk, and applesauce in a four cup measuring cup.

  3. Melt butter and combine all three mixtures.

  4. Pour into a large cassarole dish.

  5. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve warm.
