Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

1 cup oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1 scoop whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for Applesauce Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 12 standard muffin tin.

  2. Combine oats, applesauce, egg whites, milk, and flax seeds in one bowl, rest of ingredients in other bowl.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 min.
