this is so delicious especially the combination of ovaltine and applesauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce, Oatmeal & Ovaltine

2 tbsp ovaltine
3 tbsp oatmeal
1 tbsp oatbran
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Applesauce, Oatmeal & Ovaltine

  1. mix applesauce with cinnamon and ovaltine.

  2. u can add in 1 tsp of coffee powder if u wanted too.

  3. add in oatmeal and oatbran.

  4. pour hot water just enough to turn it into a sticky paste.

  5. serve warm/chilled.
