Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup Rogers Bread Flour "Whole Wheat Bread Flour"
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
3/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
6 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.33 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
0.66 cup Organics Applesauce Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients well.

  2. Beat egg, then add oil and milk

  3. Stir in applesauce.

  4. Stir this into the dry ingredients, mixing only until moistened.

  5. Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
