Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce Multigrain Muffins

1 cup Organic Hot Cereal
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.5 cup Light Soymilk Vanilla
4 oz Sugar Dark Brown
4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
0.33 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Applesauce Multigrain Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a dozen muffin tins, or line with cupcake liners.

  2. Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer until well blended. Pour into prepared muffin cups.

  3. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove muffins to a cooling rack; serve warm.
