Recipe Ingredients for applesauce loaf

1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp.almond extract
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for applesauce loaf

  1. pre-heat the oven to 350. sprayu loaf pan with olive oil

  2. mix applesauce, egg, sugar oil and extract in a large bowl.

  3. mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a smaller bowl.

  4. pour flour mixture into applesauce mixture.

  5. stir in cranberries bake for 45-55 mins.
