Recipe Ingredients for Applesauce French Toast

1/2 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup applesauce
6 slices reduced calorie rye bread

Recipe Directions for Applesauce French Toast

  1. Spray small skillet with non-stick spray and put on stove at medium heat.

  2. Mix egg beaters, milk, cinnamon, and applesauce in bowl.

  3. Dip both sides of a piece of bread in mixture.

  4. Put the piece of bread on the skillet.

  5. Flip when turns golden brown.

  6. Remove and eat with sugar-free syrup, fruit, or whipped cream!
